Work with sales team and achieve the sales target of region.
In long term, use Customer Relationship Management tools, to provide effective customer services.
Provide value-added service which combines technical solution and commercial terms to the customer.

B)List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance with relative KPI.
A)Relative experience, educational background and skills desired.
Education: Bachelor Degree, B.S. in Engineering preferred.
Experience: Minimum 0-3 years
Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CET-4, good written English skill
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD

B)Describe the most important competencies required of the individual.
Analyze technical requirements and needs of customers, making the best solution for the customer.
Hold technical seminars for Design Institutes, Contractors, Distributors and End User Customers.
Communication on products and applications with overseas and local manufacturers and suppliers.
Technical training for internal department, where required.
Provide engineering and technical support to all Sales, Distributors and Special Customers
Responsible to provide Sales support by preparing proposals for Products.
