PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要職責:
1.Coordinate Packaging Development Activities 包裝材料開發(fā)
a)Independently working on the NPD project and other packaging relevant project from packaging perspective.
從包裝的角度，獨立工作于新產(chǎn)品項目及其它與包裝有關(guān)的項目。
b)Select the proper the packaging format & material for the new projects, which match with the brand & product’s needs.
對于新項目，選擇合適的包裝方案和材料以滿足品牌及產(chǎn)品的需要。
c)Drive proper testing activities for New and Existing Packaging Materials items investigating mach inability, product protection and stability。
對新的及現(xiàn)有的包裝材料采用恰當?shù)脑囼瀬泶_保其機械性能，防護性能和穩(wěn)定性
d)Validate together with M&E suitability of new packaging machinery
與制造工程部協(xié)作，驗證新材料的上機性能
e)Provide suitable and detailed testing result and report to be shared with relevant Departments
向相關(guān)部門提供必需和詳盡的測試結(jié)果和報告
f)Drive the development of Packaging Items test methods and relevant testing SOPs
負責開發(fā)評估包裝材料的檢測方法及相關(guān)的SOP。

2.Layout Development support and color management 包裝材料平面設(shè)計支持與顏色管理
a)To prepare TD in co-operation with engineering on automatic packaging material. To prepare TD independently on manual packaging material.
與工程部協(xié)作，制訂自動化包裝材料的技術(shù)圖紙， 以及獨立制訂非自動化包裝材料的技術(shù)圖紙。
b)Check layout of new packaging items as provided by Marketing Department (Technical Drawing, suitability of packaging machine, etc.)
檢查市場部提供的包裝材料的平面設(shè)計，包括技術(shù)圖紙及設(shè)備適應(yīng)性能。
c)Check printed samples (colors, photocell, etc.) and feedback to Marketing in case of potential issues
從技術(shù)角度，檢查市場部打樣稿（如色差和電眼等），并就潛在問題反饋給市場部。
d)On-site color approval with digital measuring instrument according to standard from Selection.
根據(jù)來著Selection的標準利用數(shù)字式測量工具進行現(xiàn)場顏色批準。

3.Selection and Evaluation Packaging materials suppliers 選取和評估包材供應(yīng)商
a) Assist Supply Chain in Selection and Evaluation of Packaging Materials suppliers by means of Audits.
協(xié)助供應(yīng)鏈部選取、評估、審核包裝材料供應(yīng)商。
b)Drive the technical confirmation for the packaging material from the new packaging supplier.
負責新供應(yīng)商提供的包裝材料的技術(shù)確認。

4.Provide info and Document to other Departments 向其他部門提供信息和文件
a) To draft Technical Specifications for Packaging Materials items, supported by proper documentation (Supplier Technical Data Sheets, Color Tolerance, etc.)
參考供應(yīng)商的相關(guān)技術(shù)文件，制訂公司的包裝材料技術(shù)規(guī)格
b) To initiate package BOM preparation and relevant information for cost analysis.
提供BOM所需包材數(shù)據(jù)及成本核算相關(guān)的包裝材料信息。
c) To draft packing process SOP and standard.
制訂成品的包裝工序的標準操作要求及質(zhì)量標準。
c)Upload and input data or comment in work platform such as SAP, PDR, Workflow and Webcenter, etc.
在工作平臺如SAP， PDR， Workflow 和Webcenter等上上傳數(shù)據(jù)或評估。

5.Others 其他
a)Provide support service to daily production operation in relation to packaging process and quality improvement
在日常生產(chǎn)過程中協(xié)助改善包裝流程及包裝材料質(zhì)量。
b)Propose cost saving projects for packing materials in a rational quality/cost level.
在維持包材質(zhì)量的前提下，研究成本降低的可行性。

任職資格；
1. 本科以上包裝相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，具備專業(yè)包裝材料知識，熟悉AutoCAD繪圖軟件
2. 四年以上包裝開發(fā)經(jīng)驗
3. 良好的跨部門交流協(xié)調(diào)能力和項目管理能力
