職責(zé)描述：
?Overall project management for new product/process development & introduction. Create project charter ,cross function team, breakdown of workpacage ,project scope, schedule and budget;implement, review and monitor projects progress, change management in dedicated project,manage each gates’ input and output. Make sure that projects are under control.
?Lead and coordimate the project assignned in LCC and link to internal or external stakeholders.
?Plan and implement of approved projects and control with project baseline (scope,cost and timeline )
?Status report of project related works each phase and risk control to ensure any escalation will not get out of control
?Project lesson learned summary and support in ramp up period
?Archive of the project document incl. all affected departments
?Support for project team members /manager plant for some key projects like capacity sharing/new process/ equipment development.
?Monthly update of overall project lists.
?Follow up customer concerns in related project and conduct it into following document, visit customers if necessary.
?Coordinate internally for some special topics, like safety stock for customers/ new product ramp up / product release to customer / tools / process & inspection technic /problem handling etc. .
?Others required by the management.

任職要求：
?Bachelor degree , major in mechanical or automotive Engineering
?At least 2 years’ work expience , project management/product development of cable or harness experience in automotive industry preferable ,
?Strong learning skills ,knowleadge of APQP ,PPAP, MLA. Familiar with TS16949 quality systems, APQP/PPAP element requirements. Problem solving skills
?Good team spirit and communication skills
?Change and Conflict management
?Be able to work under pressure.
?Work with initiative and cooperative
?Writing & speaking fluent English is preferred
?SAP, MS-Office,
?effort on problem solving and independent work
