Major Responsibilities:
?Responsible for providing operational stability and reliability of the central business application platform, such as cloud base ERP, OA and on-promise MES, BI.
?Define the IT application architecture, technology strategy and implementation standards to optimize performance, availability and scalability of the applications.
?Drive the development/implementation of solution for internal customers, including but not limited to hardware reference boards, software demo codes, documents and other product collaterals.
?Collaborate with global IT organization to keep growing team’s technical capability, work effectively across departments to help customer overcome technical barriers and save development effort.
?Be to engage with business colleagues to understand their objectives and the impact on IT strategy. Work to establish needs, identify opportunities and put in place innovative solutions that meet company’s vision.
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
?BS degree or higher in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering
?PMP and ITIL certification is a plus
?Excellent interpersonal skill, able to work effectively with multiple internal teams in global organization as well as customers
?To have strong business sense, familiar with TS16949, MMOG logistics in Automotive Industry.
?Attitude of enthusiasm, curiosity, continuous learning, and desire for success as a team
?Proficient in English

Experience:
?7+ years’ experience with system integration projects in the automotive industry.
?Strong leadership, at least 3 years’ work experiences of people manager in MNE.
?At least 3 years IT project management experiences, such as ERP/MES/HRMS/OA roll out.
?QAD support experiences are preferred.

Training (based on the need):
?MBA or IT master is a plus
