Job Description:

1. Conduct market research, trend monitoring, and intelligence analysis for M&A/JV in GC
2. Carry out project planning, scheduling, monitoring & management
3. Assist administrative process, meeting logistics and external/internal communications & connections
4. Facilitate inorganic business relationship and partnership
5. Other responsibilities and duties assigned

Support GC M&A activities:
1. Identify, approach and evaluate targets for Merger & Acquisition and Joint Venture (M&A/JV) in GC
2. Develop biz plans, financial forecast and relevant materials for evaluating pros & cons of M&A/JV targets in question
3. Frequent communications with colleagues of Biz Streams/Lines and regions to collect potential M&A/JV sectors
4. Facilitate communications between head office and GC
5. Deliver M&A/JV status reports

Job Requirements:
1. Good communication (in EN & CN), coordination & multi-tasking skill
2. Strong presentation/info graphic skill
3. Good at crunching numbers & market research (logic and reasoning)
4. Advanced capability in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word)
5. Basic knowledge about financial analysis
6. Basic knowledge about testing/inspection/certification ecosystems in GC
7. Gentle in manner, strong in deed, proactive, & high EQ

TüV is the German abbreviation of "Technical Supervision Association".
