Job Description:
Drive the revenue growth of TUV Rheinland Auto business, and lock leading position in Auto TIC services by driving new cross-BS/BF auto solution selling in strategic accounts assigned. The major tasks are
1. Manage Greater China Auto Alliance team and strategic OEMs. Regular report Auto business status to stakeholders.
2. Proactively develop strong and sustainable business relations with all related departments of strategic OEMs.
3. Lead both internal and external resources to develop necessary new solution for OEMs and their suppliers.
4. Bring new business model and drive the implementation with target for leading position in the auto industry.
5. Effectively work out and propose the workable business strategy including the account strategy, partner strategy, sales and marketing strategy for the selected region.
6. Aggressively engage with partners and customers to maximize business influence which leads to solid sales pipeline.
7. Consistently and efficiently work with partners to win the agreed customers by closing the deals.
8. Effectively get internal resource synergized and deliver the business results across the business units.
9. Actively participate the industrial events and deliver messages to get more exposure.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering especially Automotive related.
2. More than 10 years of working experience in automobile industry.
3. Solid business development experience or sales record in automobile industry.
4. Understanding of automobile industry, especially quality and security related technology.
5. Highly self-motivated and risk taking.
6. Good team work and adaptive to the confrontation.
7. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Good English both in written and speaking.
