Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Report to: Financial Controller – FP&A
Location: Shanghai


Main Responsibilities:
? Assist Financial Controller & support BU head in the annual operation plan, LRP, Fcst1-3, MOR and other financial management reporting as required;
? Responsible for SG&A management;
? Provide constructive, insightful, and value-added service to GBUs, like constructing financial models to assist in business decision, and evaluating various business initiatives;
? Provide reliable, easy, timely intelligent report including KPI, measure & analyze drivers, call for business alerts,
? Responsible for pricing management, including tender price, value chain management;
? Responsible for all grants approval, play a key role in compliance;
? Assist in distribution management & commercial operation;
? Other tasks or assignment when required


Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above in finance or economic related;
? Minimum 3-years’ working experiences in finance management role within MNC;
? Strong leadership skills;
? Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable intelligence;
? Solid accounting knowledge;
? Strong computer & data processing skill mainly excel and powerpoint, and knowledge with operational system, such as JDE, Hyperion, Cognos preferred
? Have eyes-for-details, and able to work under pressure with multi-task;
? Adaptable and fast learning ability;
? Good English skills, fluent in both written & spoken.
