Primary Responsibilities:
?Working with business owners, service owners and product owners closely to understand requirements, and timelines, as well as support cross functional development teams through development, delivery and rollout.
?Communicating with internal function teams, such as IT, to understand the status, dependency and risk for project, and collect all necessary information for project and feedback with service owner and product owner in time.
?Proactive communication with product owners to understand the project progress and status, make sure the project plan being fully aligned and followed.
?Tracking phases of program management lifecycle, includes business requirements, quality requirements, planning, tracking, release readiness, documentation.
?Provide status reports to related stakeholder, includes scope/schedule/quality risk, project priority and resource allocation, cross team dependency, consolidate report by project. Making sure cross team information sharing and awareness for project status.
?Aligning programs and teams with business priorities as decided within business owner and service owner.



Qualifications
?Solid Project management and tracking skills; ability to drive team through planning to release including interim milestones. 2 years’ experience as project management at least.
?Ability to crisply articulate project status at business level and project team level both verbally and written with program dashboards and reports
?Ability to work independently; self-motivated; self-starter – will dig in, do research, pull information together
?Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously involving cross functional teams
?Strong teamwork; builds relationships/community within teams
?High energy; Desire to constantly learn; thrives in changing environment
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English

?PMP desired
