Quality SDE (outsourcing to Microsoft-Suzhou)
Microsoft Surface Test Team is expanding in China. We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Engineer for Microsoft Surface Product test in factory. This job is based on Suzhou, China, and may have 10% travel to other sites in China.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Monitor Microsoft Surface product test station and help operators determine root cause of failures.
2.Failure Analysis for units that fail for Microsoft Surface product station.
3.Co-work with development team on test solutions and test architecture for design verification.
4.Develop automation test program for Microsoft Surface product tester in factory.
5.Bring up, debug, and fine-tuning test equipment on line during product build.
6.Provide architectural input for our server configuration.
Competencies:
1.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 OS and computers (Windows application debug experience a plus).
2.Experience working with Microsoft Server OS (experience with Microsoft SQL Server/Power BI a plus).
3.Experienced development of test equipment, firmware experience is helpful.
4.Good English communication skill both in oral and writing; Working language is both English and Mandarin.
5.Fast learner and able to deliver complex projects under pressure.
6.Proven ability to succeed in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
7.Must have passion and a positive work attitude
Qualification:
BS degree on specialty of Computer Engineering, Electrical Technology or any other related working experiences more than 5 years.
