Responsibilities:
?Providing an effective and courteous reception and switchboard service
?Ensuring the center is kept as safe and clean with all office supplies at good working conditions
?Responsible for the center demonstration and centralized management of the demo
?Supporting center activities, including but not limited to seminars/conferences, trainings in the center
?Coordinating responsible care activities related to office, including but not limited to maintaining safety checklist, receiving trainings on first aid.
?Assist in any ad hoc project as and when required
Minimum Qualifications:
?Appropriate secretarial and/or administrative assistant qualifications or ab bachelor degree.
?Good interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to communicate comfortably in a multicultural environment.
?Proficiency in standard office computer software, e.g. preparing spreadsheets, correspondence and presentation materials.
?Great organization skills including a proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
?A standard of ethics and personal integrity
?The ability to seek opportunities to optimize and continuously improve processes
?Fluency in English are required
Preferred Qualifications: (optional)
? Working experience in similar Customer Experience/Excellent Center
