? Monitor quality performance of products, customer complaint handling and analyzing customer feedback

? Directly and timely communicate with customer for quality and technical issues
直接面向客戶，負(fù)責(zé)與客戶溝通質(zhì)量和技術(shù)問題
? Improve efficiency of customer quality feedback system by coordinating between commercial channels and manufacturing forces
通過協(xié)調(diào)商務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)及制造資源，負(fù)責(zé)改進(jìn)客戶反饋處理的效率
? Organize RGA process cross-functionally, control RMA process(tracking, log in, analyzing return goods)
負(fù)責(zé)組織跨部門的不良品退回，管理RMA流程（追蹤、登記、分析客退品）
? Conduct process audit and product audit to identify improvement opportunity analyze root cause for quality problem and work through corrective and preventive
負(fù)責(zé)組織過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核，識(shí)別改進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)；分析質(zhì)量問題的根本原因及采取糾正預(yù)防措施
? Review engineering change from product compliance aspect
負(fù)責(zé)評(píng)估工程變更，符合公司流程及法規(guī)要求
? Ability to achieve goals independently within a challenging time
能獨(dú)立開展工作，在既定時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)完成工作任務(wù)

任職要求：
? 5 years above experiences in quality function department in manufacturing industry
具備5年以上制造業(yè)質(zhì)量部門工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Solid experience of leading customer complaint handling (≥ 3 years)
具備3年以上扎實(shí)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理客戶投訴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Professional technical or engineering experience
專業(yè)的技術(shù)或制造工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? Strong inter-personal skills
良好的人際溝通能力
? Excellent oral and written communication skill in English, be able to work in a multicultural environment
要求熟練的書面及英語口語技能，能在跨文化的環(huán)境工作
? Implementation experience in ISO9001 or ISO13485
具備一定的ISO9001 或ISO13485質(zhì)量管理體系工作實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
