職責描述：
Job Deion
?Be responsible for product marketing of Invisalign portfolio act as organization pivot in commercialization planning & execution, collateral development & localization, product trainer for both internal & external customers. Track & analyze product adoption identify & maximize best practices in sales team.
?Monitor China private clinic market dynamics and identify clinic chains for Align’s strategic partnership, and support Marketing Manager formulating key chain strategy.
?Build relationship with C-levels management of key chains. Be responsible for all key account promotion, contract negotiation and implementation. Monitor all the promotions to ensure financial metrics achieved, including ASP, A/R, and sales volume.
?Grow sales growth & maintain Align strong branding in key chains by aligning strategic goals with customer management team, building effective support model, implementing best practices on in-clinic conversion, execute events/programs, and collect feedbacks for uating ROI and continuous improvement etc.
?Regularly report & analyze key chain performance including sales contribution, potential, marketing activities etc. identify opportunities & propose plan and work with field team to realize financial result.

任職要求：
Requirements
?6+ years in both sales and marketing roles proven track record on product marketing & key account management experience MBA is a plus.
?Extensive marketing skills in healthcare industry and knowledge on key account management
?Skillful at project management, event management, communication & presentation.
?Customer focus while as strategic thinking
?Ambitious, strong implementation and result-oriented mindset
?Good spoken and written Chinese & English.
?A team p.
?Able to travel extensively within China (about 30% of working hours)

Education [Degree or equivalent experience]
?University degree in medicine/marketing/economics. Master or above is a plus
?Sales & Marketing experience in medical device/pharmaceutical industry
?Good Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills
