崗位職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)完成手術(shù)機(jī)器人項(xiàng)目中關(guān)于軟件測(cè)試的需求分析與評(píng)審。
2.搭建測(cè)試環(huán)境并對(duì)系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)、儀器設(shè)備等軟件進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試，編寫項(xiàng)目操作手冊(cè)、說(shuō)明書。
3.分析、記錄和跟蹤產(chǎn)品缺陷進(jìn)，并有效地與開發(fā)進(jìn)行溝通，推動(dòng)缺陷及時(shí)解決。
4.跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目測(cè)試進(jìn)度，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，對(duì)BUG進(jìn)行跟蹤管理。
5.按時(shí)、保質(zhì)、保量地完成各項(xiàng)分配的任務(wù)。

任職要求：
1.統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)，熟悉醫(yī)療影像軟件測(cè)試者優(yōu)先。
2.5年以上軟件測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.具有執(zhí)行軟件功能及性能測(cè)試、提交并督促解決缺陷的能力。
4.具有項(xiàng)目業(yè)務(wù)需求分析的能力。
5.具有較強(qiáng)的測(cè)試分析、編寫測(cè)試報(bào)告，整理總結(jié)測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)的能力。
6.熟悉自動(dòng)化測(cè)試相關(guān)知識(shí)并有較豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)（性能測(cè)試、功能自動(dòng)化測(cè)試）。
7.至少掌握一種語(yǔ)言，如C++，Java、C#或Python等。
8.工作細(xì)致、耐心，思路開闊，工作條理性強(qiáng)，并能承受一定的工作壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。

Senior Software Testing, RA / QA Engineer

You will be a core part of the quality and regulatory team that ensures we develop high quality products under the guidelines of the CFDA’s regulations for medical device development. You will oversee the design of verification and validation protocols and reports and participate in risk analysis. This position focus on software designs and testing. Additionally, you will participate in several aspects of regulatory compliance including preparing submissions and meeting with the CFDA.

The position’s responsibility will also depend on the candidates’ experience. You will either emphasize on Software Testing, or QA / RA role. We expect the candidate to be familiar with the both sides and to be ready to explore new fields if necessary.

We seek a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- BS in Biomedical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent from a reputable 4-year undergraduate institution
- 5+ years of experience in a QA / RA role with Software products
- or, 5+ years of position in Software Testing with some experience as QA / RA role
- Experience with CFDA or FDA medical device regulations
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Ability to understand and document complex technical information
- Team p with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Additional desirable skills and experience include:
- and work experience as an engineer in developing a medical device
- Project/team lead experience
- First-hand experience with medical device software, electronics and manufacturing
- Experience with international standards like CE marks and ISO 9000
