崗位名稱：音樂教學助理崗位職責：1.負責音樂課程的教務(wù)管理工作，了解每位教師的專業(yè)背景、授課風格，從而做出合理的教學安排，包括課程安排、學生信息管理、教學進度跟蹤等；2.協(xié)助專業(yè)教師進行教學準備，確保教學質(zhì)量和效果。針對專業(yè)課授課情況做文字記錄及報告，對學生專業(yè)課學習情況進行統(tǒng)計和整體協(xié)調(diào)；3.與學生和家長保持良好溝通，解答他們的疑問，提供必要的幫助和建議；4.負責學生考勤和成績管理工作，及時記錄和更新學生的學習情況；參與學校晚自習值班工作，為學生提供必要的幫助和指導，維護良好的學習氛圍；5.負責編排校歷、課表、日常教學授課類通知的撰寫發(fā)布、教學相關(guān)文件的撰寫起草等；6.完成上級領(lǐng)導交予的其他相關(guān)工作。任職要求：1.熱愛音樂教學，對自己職業(yè)規(guī)劃清晰，有在基礎(chǔ)工作崗位開始做起并不斷學習和進步的愿景”2.音樂或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，具有留學背景優(yōu)先，英語可作為工作語言；3.熟悉教務(wù)管理流程，具備較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和執(zhí)行能力，能夠適應(yīng)一定的工作壓力，具備處理突發(fā)狀況和緊急問題的能力；4.細心謹慎，具備良好的溝通能力和服務(wù)意識，能夠與學生、家長和教師保持有效溝通，解答疑問并提供幫助；5.熟練使用各類辦公軟件和教學管理軟件。Job Responsibilities:1.Manage the academic affairs of music courses, understanding the professional **** and teaching **** of each instructor to make appropriate teaching arrangements, including scheduling classes, managing student information, and tracking educational progress.2.Assist faculty members in preparing for classes to ensure high-quality teaching outcomes. Document and report on the specifics of specialized course instruction, and coordinate and compile statistics on student learning in these subjects.3.Maintain effective communication with students and parents, addressing their queries and providing necessary assistance and advice.4.Manage student attendance and academic records, keeping timely updates on student progress participate in school evening study supervision, offering guidance and support to students and maintaining a positive learning environment.5.Responsible for organizing the academic calendar and timetables, drafting and publishing notices related to daily teaching activities, and preparing educational documents.6.Perform other related duties as assigned by superior leadership.Job Requirements:1.Passionate about music education with a clear career plan, willing to start at an entry-level position and eager to learn and progress.2.Bachelor’s degree or higher in music or a related field, with preference given to candidates with international study experience English proficiency as a working language.3.Familiar with academic administration processes, possessing strong organizational and execution skills, capable of handling work pressure, and adept at managing emergencies and unexpected situations.4.Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a service mindset, able to effectively interact with students, parents, and teachers to resolve queries and provide assistance.5.Proficient in various office and educational management software.
