Implement all general procurement specifications at each subcontractor? Support new product transfer, ****uations, and product start-up? Work with subcontractor for continuous improvement in assembly, quality, and reliability programs? Sustain assembly and bumping operational issues? Communicate with customers in some occasions.? To drive and work with the sub-con in root cause verifications, ****uations, and corrective **** plans derivation.? Conduct line audits and support customer audits? Support occasional evening calls with US counterpartsMinimum Requirements:? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Engineering or equivalent? Minimum 5 years’ experience in IC assembly manufacturing or process engineering? Possess good communication skills both written and oral in English and Chinese? Able to deal with all levels of management and staff? A motivated team p**** with analytical mind, good problem-solving skills, and project management experience? Good appreciation of auditing, quality system, reliability, and failure analysis? Good knowledge of bumping and test process will be an added advantage?
