-負(fù)責(zé)方向盤部件的工程開發(fā)和供應(yīng)商管理（方向盤、DAB、散熱模塊等）。-作為生產(chǎn)開發(fā)負(fù)責(zé)人，組織技術(shù)會議并完成對方向盤相關(guān)供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)評估。-與全球工程團隊、采購員和項目團隊合作開展供應(yīng)商提名活動。-根據(jù)雷諾項目要求，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)方向盤部件。開發(fā)活動包括剖面設(shè)計、3D 數(shù)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)和 2D 圖紙發(fā)布、EWO、DV/PV 報告、RGPQP 文件和 BOM 管理。-負(fù)責(zé)定義方向盤的性能和功能，根據(jù)基準(zhǔn)和客戶經(jīng)驗報告詳細(xì)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。-確保供應(yīng)商的提案符合雷諾的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格。-控制方向盤組件的成本、質(zhì)量、重量和時間方面的項目開發(fā)。-領(lǐng)導(dǎo)解決項目開發(fā)階段的工程問題。-車輛工程、機械工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷。-6年以上方向盤開發(fā)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉制造流程、PDT和數(shù)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布流程，熟練掌握CATIA和RVT。-工作語言為流利英語。-有知名 OEM 或相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。-積極主動、以解決方案為導(dǎo)向、具有前瞻性思維、良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。
