工作職責(zé)1.有良好的文字功底，了解市場需求并且能夠抓住熱點和行業(yè)內(nèi)新聞進行內(nèi)容原創(chuàng)，提升品牌影響力和市場關(guān)注度；2.可以獨立策劃拍攝人物采訪、活動宣傳等短視頻，熟練運用視頻剪輯軟件；3.根據(jù)學(xué)校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，實施品牌規(guī)劃和品牌形象的建設(shè)，含線上（官網(wǎng)、微信、微博、頭條、抖音、APP等）平臺推廣、線下活動等；4. 負責(zé)監(jiān)控和落實VI、宣傳廣告、媒體廣告宣傳等事項的實施； 5.市場調(diào)研、資料收集、競爭對手調(diào)研等，并能在此基礎(chǔ)上形成報告總結(jié)；6. 拓展行業(yè)內(nèi)媒體資源，維護媒體關(guān)系，并探索最有價值的合作模式，搭建并整合有效的品牌資源；7. 配合市場招生及上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作；任職資格1.良好的表達能力及溝通能力，公關(guān)能力強，熱情開朗，有媒體活動資源及經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先； 2.有一定的組織策劃能力和現(xiàn)場控制能力，有主動溝通和主動解決問題的意識； 3.市場營銷、公關(guān)、廣告、新聞等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷； 4.3年及以上K12教育集團或國際學(xué)校品牌工作經(jīng)驗，具有上海及周邊知名教育集團或?qū)W校品宣工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先； 5.熟悉品牌宣傳工作包括平面設(shè)計、文案設(shè)計等崗位； 6.具備良好的品牌戰(zhàn)略意識和市場敏銳度，能夠及時把握市場變化及未來趨勢； 7.英語可作為工作語言者&具有設(shè)計能力&一定審美者優(yōu)先；
