1.負責公司APP用戶咨詢，記錄用戶反饋內(nèi)容，獲取用戶信息及需求，按照相應流程給予用戶問題答疑，提高用戶使用APP的便捷性，提升用戶問題解決效率；2.受理APP用戶建議和投訴，做好相關記錄并歸檔，提煉、迭代QA文案，定期整理上報，促進公司業(yè)務及研發(fā)改進；3.客服業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)分析，總結服務運行工作（日報，周報，月報）；4.定期對有效用戶進行跟蹤回訪，維護用戶關系。任職要求：1.有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、工具或者應用類產(chǎn)品的客服工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；2.有良好的職業(yè)心態(tài)，細致、耐心、謹慎、踏實、穩(wěn)重，具有良好的服務意識；3.具有良好的思維和理解能力,應變能力較強，善于交流和溝通，富有團隊精神；4.對工作認真負責，善于學習，愿意與企業(yè)共同成長；5.有一定電腦基礎，熟悉簡單的辦公軟件。
