職位描述：負責工具類產(chǎn)品（瀏覽器/桌面/圖片等）規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)品設計、功能創(chuàng)意、迭代及優(yōu)化；負責產(chǎn)品階段目標以及商業(yè)化核心策略，帶動產(chǎn)品商業(yè)化增長；根據(jù)產(chǎn)品運營數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，持續(xù)改進和完善產(chǎn)品；對市場敏感，能夠感知并分析市場以及競品變化；團隊管理及對產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)負責；職位要求：3年及以上的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗；熟悉移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或者軟件產(chǎn)品的整體實現(xiàn)過程，包括從需求分析到產(chǎn)品發(fā)布，具備獨立0-1的產(chǎn)品設計經(jīng)驗或者1-100的經(jīng)驗；熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析，擁有數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動改進的良好習慣，以及用戶為中心的產(chǎn)品設計理念；熟悉國內(nèi)外APP產(chǎn)品，結(jié)果導向思維，對工具類產(chǎn)品有想法和熱情；具備優(yōu)秀的需求分析、產(chǎn)品設計、數(shù)據(jù)分析能力；
