Job de****ion:?Support service parts supply chain throughout material lifecycle to hit part availability level target and pipeline inventory turnover target?Demand forecasting based on multiple points ( global view and country view) ,country seasonality & products?Decide safety stocking level based on different scenario, including new buy, al****, rebalance & E&O?Manage supplier shortages to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan?Manage recovery ****s and expectations with peer groups, especially with countries peer groups to collect customer feedback and requirement?Resolve any issues related with Shipment, Invoices, MD update within the agreed SLA?Be EOSL lifecycle focal point to deal with all issues during the period and turn off supply to customer without any issue?Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities ?Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activitiesCandidate qualifications:?Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistic?At least 1 years’ experience in planning & purchasing role?Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing?Excellent affinity for data analysis ?Good communication skills and be able to understand complex issues?Able to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure ?Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliers?Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus?Previous experience in MNC is preferred二、要求1.英語口語作為工作語言2.理工科背景(物理、化學、生物、工業(yè)工程,系統(tǒng)工程,數(shù)學專業(yè),供應鏈等專業(yè)),數(shù)學一定要好(概率論,統(tǒng)計論等)或者業(yè)務理解邏輯清晰;不是這些專業(yè)的話物流也可以但是要懂數(shù)學模型會預測3.供應鏈計劃知識,需求預測因素4.數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,SQL??python不限制,SQL會表鏈接增刪改查操作,python要求會清晰操作
