主要職責(zé) Main Responsibility:1.Responsible for the manufacturing process 負(fù)責(zé)制造工藝過程2.Responsible for the setup and verification of process parameters, summarizing and analysis of the trials run負(fù)責(zé)工藝參數(shù)的設(shè)置和驗(yàn)證，對(duì)試運(yùn)行進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析3.Responsible for the creating and maintaining of process documents (such as trials run record, standardized working instruction, operating instruction, changeover instruction, setup plan, etc.)負(fù)責(zé)流程文件的創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)（如試運(yùn)行記錄、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作指導(dǎo)書、作指導(dǎo)書、轉(zhuǎn)換指導(dǎo)書、設(shè)置計(jì)劃等）4.Responsible for the editing of delivery specification, reviewing of proposal and design, acceptance, and launch of new production equipment負(fù)責(zé)交期說明書的編輯、提案和設(shè)計(jì)的審核、驗(yàn)收、新生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的上線5.Responsible for the study and improvement of the Capability of Machine (Cmk) and performance of production equipment負(fù)責(zé)研究和改進(jìn)機(jī)器能力 （Cmk） 和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的性能6.Responsible for the solving of related technical issues during trials and production負(fù)責(zé)解決試制和生產(chǎn)過程中的相關(guān)技術(shù)問題7.Responsible for the continuously improvement of related process負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)流程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)8.Responsible for the ****ing and improvement of auxiliary materials負(fù)責(zé)輔料的選型和改進(jìn)9.Support the designing and improvement of tools and gauges支持工具和量具的設(shè)計(jì)和改進(jìn)10.Support the creating and maintaining of Process Flow Chart, P-FMEA, and VSA/VSM. Be a project team member to complete related tasks for new project支持創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)工藝流程圖、P-FMEA 和 VSA/VSM。成為項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，完成新項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)任務(wù)11.Support the planning of capacity, the process input for project quotation, layout planning and investment application支持產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)、布局規(guī)劃和投資申請(qǐng)的流程輸入任職要求Qualification：1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related subject2.At least 4 years’ experience in process engineer or similar position, automotive industry will be preferred3.Familiar with manufacturing process4.Skilled in GD&T and AutoCAD. CATIA/Creo/UG will be a plus5.Practical activities in shop-floor6.Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
