Position Purpose:大客戶經(jīng)理將負(fù)責(zé)公司戰(zhàn)略客戶管理及開發(fā)，銷售公司的產(chǎn)品和解決方案，完成年度銷售目標(biāo)。維護(hù)良好客戶關(guān)系并加深客戶合作，推進(jìn)公司戰(zhàn)略銷售策略實(shí)施以實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)及利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)，主動(dòng)發(fā)掘潛在業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)，并協(xié)調(diào)各部門完成項(xiàng)目實(shí)施。Primary Responsibilities: 制定大客戶管理策略，完成銷售指標(biāo)，價(jià)格管理，DSO指標(biāo)等，不限于業(yè)務(wù)開拓，商務(wù)關(guān)系維護(hù)，客戶覆蓋計(jì)劃等了解Videojet的價(jià)值主張和客戶需求，以及影響價(jià)值的業(yè)務(wù)杠桿，建立并維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系，能有效構(gòu)建雙向信任，影響客戶關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)決策人，運(yùn)用出色的商務(wù)談判技巧，積極促成集團(tuán)客戶的年度框架協(xié)議/價(jià)格協(xié)議/重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，形成良好長(zhǎng)期客戶合作關(guān)系并保持業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。使用漏斗管理、價(jià)值銷售等工具提升銷售效率和有效性，協(xié)調(diào)跨部門合作，善于利用公司內(nèi)外部資源推進(jìn)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目落地，擴(kuò)大投入產(chǎn)出比。和內(nèi)部區(qū)域銷售/服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，推進(jìn)集團(tuán)客戶在區(qū)域內(nèi)的項(xiàng)目順利執(zhí)行及實(shí)施。準(zhǔn)備并參加部門月度，季度，年度業(yè)務(wù)回顧。Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械自動(dòng)化或電器自動(dòng)化，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷相關(guān)專業(yè)至少8年以上工業(yè)銷售或市場(chǎng)開拓經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有大客戶管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)敏銳度，邏輯思考力及客戶關(guān)系開發(fā)及維護(hù)能力較強(qiáng)的溝通能力及商務(wù)談判能力，能適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏及多任務(wù)交叉工作環(huán)境較強(qiáng)的跨部門合作能力能夠使用基礎(chǔ)的Office辦公軟件及基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力
