Job Responsibilities:1. Conduct market analysis for the assigned region or industry, or prepare and maintain customer insights for the assigned clients in accordance with company requirements.2. Be familiar with the basic operation and business processes of the international market, especially having a deep understanding of the culture, consumption habits and demands of overseas customers.3. Maintain customer relationships and achieve the annual management targets for existing clients assigned by the company.4. Build new customer relationships and facilitate the admission of new clients.5. Utilize various sales tools and strategies, including but not limited to market research, competitive analysis, and customer relationship management, to achieve sales targets.6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to participate in product innovation and quality improvement.7. Facilitate customer payment collection, keep abreast of customer information, and provide feedback to help the company manage risks.Qualifications:1. Passionate about the sales profession, proactive in work, and have a sense of urgency to achieve set goals.2. Possess acute market perception and the ability to creatively solve problems.3. Have the ability to independently develop new customers.4. Candidates with sales experience in high-end medical equipment components, wind power components, bearings, couplings, national power grids, or related customer resources are preferred.5. Hold a driver's license and be able to drive, willing to travel at any time and work overtime on weekends when necessary.6. Proficient in both English and Mandarin.崗位職責(zé):1、根據(jù)公司要求,對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域或者行業(yè)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分析,或?qū)λ?fù)責(zé)的客戶做客戶洞察的編制及維護(hù);2、熟悉國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的基本運(yùn)作和業(yè)務(wù)流程,特別是對(duì)海外客戶的文化、消費(fèi)習(xí)慣和消費(fèi)需求有深入了解。3、維系客情關(guān)系,達(dá)成公司分配的老客戶的年度管理目標(biāo);4、創(chuàng)建新客戶的客情關(guān)系,促成新客戶準(zhǔn)入;5、運(yùn)用各類(lèi)銷(xiāo)售工具和策略,包括但不限于市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析、客戶關(guān)系管理等,以實(shí)現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。6、和公司內(nèi)部其他部門(mén)協(xié)同,參與產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和質(zhì)量改進(jìn);7、促進(jìn)客戶回款,及時(shí)掌握客戶信息,反饋并幫助公司把握風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。任職要求:1、熱愛(ài)銷(xiāo)售事業(yè),工作有闖勁,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)任務(wù)有緊迫感;2、具有敏銳的市場(chǎng)感知和創(chuàng)造性解決問(wèn)題的能力;3、具有獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶的能力;4、具有高端醫(yī)療裝備的零部件、風(fēng)電零部件、軸承、聯(lián)軸器、國(guó)家電網(wǎng)等行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)或相關(guān)客戶資源者優(yōu)先;5、有駕照會(huì)開(kāi)車(chē),能隨時(shí)出差,必要時(shí)需周末加班。 6、熟練使用英語(yǔ)及普通話。
