一、任職資格：1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years working experience in this position本科以上學(xué)歷，10年以上本崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；2.Automation equipment or corresponding client work experience, familiar with the production/acceptance process of non-standard machines自動(dòng)化設(shè)備或?qū)?yīng)客戶端工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉非標(biāo)機(jī)器的制作／驗(yàn)收流程；3.Management experience with major customer (Apple/Huawei, etc.)有大客戶管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)（蘋果／華為等）的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；4.Respond to foreign customers independently, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing能獨(dú)立應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)外客戶，英文聽、說、讀、寫流利；5.Keen market sense, good customer relationship maintenance and development capabilities敏銳的市場(chǎng)嗅覺，良好客戶關(guān)系維護(hù)和開發(fā)能力6.Strong technical analysis ability, negotiation ability, interpersonal communication, coordination ability, planning and execution ability, meticulous work, rigorous, and strong sense of responsibility.具有較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)分析能力、談判能力、人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力，工作細(xì)致、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心。二、主要職責(zé)：1.Responsible for the management and work results of the PM Dept. 全面負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目管理部的管理，對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理部工作結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)；2.Supervise and ****uate the work results of each program managers對(duì)各項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的工作進(jìn)行檢查、監(jiān)督和考核；3.Task assignment and staffing of each program team as needed根據(jù)需要對(duì)各項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行任務(wù)分配和人員調(diào)配；4.Push & assist the PM team to promote important projects in time協(xié)助項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)推進(jìn)重要項(xiàng)目，確保重要項(xiàng)目順利完成；5.Monitoring the important projects, organize and resolve the problems in time了解并關(guān)注重要項(xiàng)目中的問題，及時(shí)組織解決和處理；6.Manage the risk assessment of the project previously, assess human technical capabilities, and control project progress做好前期項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，人力技術(shù)能力評(píng)估，項(xiàng)目整體進(jìn)度把控；7.Coordinate and resolve conflicts between the PM Dept. and other departments during the work協(xié)調(diào)并解決項(xiàng)目管理部與其他部門在工作過程中出現(xiàn)的沖突；8.Visits regularly and keep good relationship with main customers定期對(duì)重要客戶進(jìn)行回訪、做好關(guān)系維護(hù)工作。
