Position SummaryMission:Develop and implement after-sales service product portfolio/package according to different customer groups and industries.?Based on customer needs and strategic priorities, you will define and coordinate the successful implementation and rollout of customer/market education, product promotion both in digital & off-line chan-nels. Takes responsibilities on market study/analysis, cross FoB (field of business) content generations and pro-motions.RequirementsEducation?- Excellent university degree (Engineering, MBA, or similar) paired with a passion for ZEISS’ products and markets- Business Technology consulting education be preferred??Experience and Skills- At least 5-10 years of professional experience, thereof at least 5 years in MNC PM or BD positions in B2B industries or After-sales service industry in different roles- An in-depth understanding of the industry customer after-sales service market & new customer requirement in different segments- Deep understanding of and ability to communicate China’s customers, professionals and decision makers outside of China- An in-depth understanding and vision to utilize Data as an Asset and to build different business models enabled by digital prod-ucts and platforms?- Strong communication skills to successfully navigate in corporate/multi-stakeholder environment across cultures/countries to align strategy and initiatives to fulfill customer needs while considering global strategy as well as localization needs.?- Strong “customer orientation” attitude and proven track record of successfully leading after-sales service project- Strong ownership and skill of project management, facing challenges and move iniatives forwardOther skills- Fluent English language skills, either Chinese or Germany as second native/fluent language would be a plus- Excellent skill of data/inf. Collection, summary and presentation- Savvy and be willing to try new thing e.g digital toolsJob De****ionMain Tasks?Leadership/Supervisory/Support Role:?- Defines new service product/package based on customer request. He/she will lead appropriate analytics prod-uct/package in addition to identifying and readying relevant sources. In his leadership capacity, he/she takes in-itiative in developing projects meant for improving IQS service to better understanding new requirement of NCS, which improves decision-making across service products & business model. In this capacity, he/she will al-so play a mentorship role to staff in service team NCS, constantly honing their professional skills, and mindset in preparing them for new transformation on both product & package.- Project Manager role on market/customer education on after-sales service market. Meanwhile as content owner in service team for product/market promotion, Service E2E digital ECO system and other cross FoB initia-tives.- Collaborative role and facilitates team collaboration in IQS. He/she works closely with Sales team, Marketing team as well as Service team in establishing goals and strategies in after-sales market. He additionally works with service team in defining the data-drive business in the future.??- Works with HQ, enable the IQS CN’s business transformation. He/she also consults and supports the localiza-tion of global use cases. He’s an agent of change that ensures not only the product offerring aspects are taken care of but that the organization and people change to ensure service transformation success in China.
