Key Responsibilities:?Pre-Sales Technical Support: Assist sales teams in positioning and promoting Rittal’s liquid and air cooling products to hyperscale customers.?Solution Design & Proposal Development: Analyze customer requirements and recommend optimized cooling architectures (e.g., Direct Liquid Cooling - DLC, Rear-Door Heat Exchangers - RDHx)?Customer Engagement: Conduct technical presentations, proof-of-concept discussions, and site visits with hyperscale clients.?Product Customization & Adaptation: Work closely with R&D and product teams to align global solutions with China’s data center standards and regulations.?Bid & Tender Support: Provide technical input for RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.?Testing & Validation: Support on-site trials, thermal performance ****uations, and deployment strategies.?Market & Competitor Analysis: Track trends in hyperscale cooling, **** competitor offerings, and contribute to product strategy discussions.Qualifications & Skills:?Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.?3+ years of experience in application engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales support for data center cooling.?Deep understanding of thermal management, fluid dynamics, and heat exchanger technologies.?Experience with hyperscale data centers and their cooling infrastructure challenges.?Familiarity with ASHRAE guidelines, PUE optimization, and energy efficiency regulations.?Strong presentation and communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.?Fluent in Mandarin and English to support local and international hyperscale customers.
