Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor and the School management.Qualifications and Requirements:1. A Master degree2. At least three years of relevant experience, or relevant experience on academic support in tertiary institutions for Executive Office (candidates with less experience will be considered for Executive Assistant)3. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media tools (WeChat official accounts)4. The ability to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of tasks5. The capability of multi-tasking and sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 6. Good team p**** with strong organizational planning and interpersonal skills.
