主要負責前起落架的整個大修工藝，短短三個月建立起了整個框架并投入生產(chǎn)，并擔任前起落架生產(chǎn)負責人，在生產(chǎn)中對項目進行實踐和跟蹤持續(xù)改進。 In charge of whole nose landing gear overhaul procedure, including document review, router prepare ,special tooling design and etc. After threes mouths set a complete structure and performed in shop some time. 負責工卡工藝及特殊工裝的設計，根據(jù)維修手冊編制維修工藝卡，確定部件維修的流程，根據(jù)要求設計維修中需要的特種工裝，方便拆裝測試等。該項目是公司的第一次機型改進項目，為了節(jié)省生產(chǎn)成本及縮短生產(chǎn)周期建立的一個項目，基本推翻了以前的項目從基礎重新開始，項目結束后不僅大大節(jié)省了成本，也使生產(chǎn)周期縮短了2倍多。 Corrected and updated work procedure, the major is router prepare and special tooling design and purchase.
