Key Accountabilities：
1)Assist GM to organize meeting and track follow-up ****s, prepare business presentation or report.
2)Take minutes for all meeting
3)Effectively manage GM’s diary，appointment，travelling schedule
4)Coordinate the operational activities with other functional groups based on GM’s projects
5)Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
6)Handle all related affairs for the broad meeting
7)Maintain a comprehensive filing system
8)Trans**** invitation for foreign visitors
9)Coordinate on visitors visiting schedule as well as book the hotel and arrange the transportation
10)Collect and open mail addressed to GM
11)Tabulate and retrieve GM’ s official expenditures and claims
12)Some research, media relations and promotional work
13)Undertake any other duties as requested by the GM
