職責(zé)描述：
1. Analyze and dispose abnormal process, seek the root cause for the quality problem in product factor and apply the action.
2. Handle ECR and assort with the team to make scenario, discuss and implement
3.Assist project team to follow product validate plan, ensure every time-node of vehicle assembly phase.
4.Assist project team to define the manufacturing equipment and fixture.
5.Assist project team complete the equipment setup and adjustment.
6.Well know product drawing, data and actual object, supply product BOM, CC/SC, technical standard, update concerned document and assessment, quote to customer.
7.Take part in raw material, BOP development, sign agreement with supplier, and organize test of material and part. Certificate the appearance of first part to supplier.
8.Assist QE to compile the product validate outline, and hand over to customer for authorization.
9.In charge of early ERP data maintenance.
10.Organize trail- procution, and supply approval data and sample to customer, and new product validation.
11.In charge of the localization of material.
12.Assist kaizen work in production area and process engineer.


任職要求：
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above.
2.Background: Mechanical engineering, automotive, injection design, polymer material engineering or chemical engineering major.
3.Experience: Minimum 2years or above experiences of process engineering, preferably minimum 2 years development of design product.
4.Qualification: Creativity, teamwork , knowledge , analysis and decision-making ,activity , ability of organization , quality concept , Minimum bi-lingual (English required) , strong written and oral communication skill , team spirit .
5.Others: Spoken English skill , be familiar with PPAP, APQP, understand technical process: injection, slush, foaming, vibrate welding ,US welding etc; good at graphic software, UG, AutoCAD, Catia, ProE etc and quality tool SPC,DOE, 8D etc. Be familiar with customer PPAP procedure.
