MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
University degree. At least 3 years experience in Import and Export logistics ideally in a foreign-invested manufacturing environment. Good communication skills. Ability to give attention to detail. Good computer skills (Excel, Word). Strong team player and is ready to deal with emergencies. Good command of English in both spoken and written.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compiles all documents and records details on imported/exported cargo before it is allowed to be moved into China.
2. Arrange cargo transportation from pick up to arrive at door.
3. Complete necessary government procedures including custom clearance, inspection, etc.
4. Complete production line import procedures as set up by the board.
5. Maintain finished goods dispatch schedule.
6. Maintain custom handbook of import material for export processing.
7. Cost saving on freights and duties.
8. Other job-related duties as assigned.
