Business Development Director – Commercial
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for business development with total IT & Communication Engineering solution faced with commercial accounts.
2. Responsible for meeting sales quota and developing sales strategies that maximizes sales opportunities and achieve higher growth.
3. Tasked with the critical role of overseeing the generation of sufficient leads to achieve sales goals and ensure desired outcomes.
4. Establish excellent client relationships from existing and new clientele base, both locally and region
5. Responsible for the overall resource management and deployment of the sales teams.
6. Achieve both financial and non-financial targets set for manufactory sales team.
7. Oversee and responsible for account management and collections.
8. Identify and groom potential successors to key positions with the team.
9. Working closely with NCS internal pre-sales and delivery teams to drive business development activities.

Professional Skill Requirements
1. First tier University Bachelor or Master with major in Marketing, Economics
2. More than 10 years business development work experience focused on MNC or large commercial accounts with IT solutions selling experience
3. At least 5-8 years’ middle sized sales Team management experience. Proven sales & team management experience
4. Positive, self-motivated and highly driven to excel
5. Customer focus, with strong motivation to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
6. Communicate effectively with customers, partners, vendors and colleagues, at all levels
7. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with English & Chinese.
8. Willing to travel within China
