JD for LnP Senior Program Manager

The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a combination of strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Candidates should have financial, program management, mathematical or statistical skills and can propose new methods for analysis and visualization of data, possess strong business sense.
Responsibilities
oLnP ownership, responsible for overall Leads to Order end to end process, including leads qualification, Sales mapping, tracking, order converting, and leads to order convert rate analysis
oWork cross functionally to design and drive to ensure leads order process efficiently
oUnderstand the end-to-end business motions and drive alignment with business strategies
oArchitect and design creation of dashboard, leverage APJ and Global systematic reporting tool on analysis and insights that support management team in evaluating and evolving business strategy and successful execution of LnP
oSolve problems in close partnership with, and leveraging resources from APJ and Global
oDevelop and cultivate relationships with other stakeholders, including Channel Finance, Channel marketing, digital marketing, global LnP team
oCommunicate findings to senior management team

Key Qualifications
oBachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines. MBA a plus
oAbility to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
o2+ years of experience in program management, development of business requirements and cross-functional coordination with teams for development and delivery of business solutions
oExcellent business analysis experience from data sourcing to analysis to executive presentation of findings.
