Main Responsibilities
1. Production and service support
a) Remote support through SPS Service Desk, coordination and dispatch of service requests
b) On-site support at sister companies and export sites including calibration, repairs, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
c) Process validation and qualification according to applicable procedures
d) Installation, updates and set up of service and production software
e) Creating process and equipment related documentation

2. Development of Production and Service
a) Planning, testing and implementing new solutions and technologies for Custom Production and Service

3. Preventive Maintenance
a) Preparing and executing preventive maintenance plans for DGS Custom Production and Service sites
b) Estimation of preventive maintenance intervals
c) Creating and updating preventive maintenance instructions

4. Training
a) Performing training in product, process, equipment handling, maintenance and calibration

5. Competence Centre
a) Providing data for periodical reports from SPS activities
b) Creating reports from visits in sister companies

6. Project Management
a) Participating in projects led by SPS

7. The duty to abide by superiors’ commands referring to one’s work, if they are not against the law regulations or the job agreement.
8. The duty to obey a data protection act.
9. The duty to perform one’s job conscientiously and neatly.
10. Knowledge of QMS procedures and proceeding according to them.

Requirements:
1. Engineer degree , Master degree will be prefer.
2. At least 1 year at position with similar responsibilities or 2 years in production company
3.PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE CONCERNING:
Knowledge of hearing instruments and quality criteria for manufacturing or service of hearing instruments.
Technical and troubleshooting skills.
4.THE KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES:
English speaking and writing abilities equivalent to FCE level
