Duties & Responsibilities：To support the day to day running of the office including but not limited to:?To greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate member of staff?To provide translation or interpretation support where needed?To assist in producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations?To ensure that all the files, documentations and records are collected, kept well organised and are stored and/or passed on in the appropriate manner?To coordinate logistics and organisation for meeting, trips, event, function, etc.?To coordinate, collect and manage the procurement and payment procedure for all related providers?To assist to organize School registration and renewal work and prepare official documents for applications and registrations.?To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the Company Skills and Experience Required:?Strong verbal and written communications skill in Chinese and English?Computer literacy?Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task?Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times?Good attitude to work, sense of initiative and strong responsibility,Trustworthy
