工作職責 Main Duties & Responsibilities- 賬務處理及結賬，確保收入成本核算的及時性和準確性Account processing and closing, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of revenue and cost accounting- 編制財務報表，保證每月報表的及時性與準確性Prepare financial statements and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly statements- 準確完成各項涉稅工作Complete all tax-related work accurately- 學校食堂賬務的處理及提供相關報表Handle school canteen accounting and provide related statements- 每日食堂收入登記和核對，確保準確無誤,并每日發(fā)郵件給相關部門Daily canteen income registration and verification and And email to the relevant departments- 食堂賬務處理及結賬，確保收入成本核算的及時性和準確性Account processing and closing, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of revenue and cost accounting- 每月出具統(tǒng)計報表給相關部門提供數(shù)據(jù)支持Issue statistical reports every month to provide data support to relevant departments- 每學期末核算學生餐費多退少補并郵件告知家長At the end of each semester, calculate the students' meal fees and inform parents by email- 配合審計及稅務、教育局等政府部門的檢查等Cooperate with audit and inspection of government departments such as tax bureau and Education Bureau- 完成上級分配的其他任務To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager.崗位要求 Skills & Experience Required- 會計或財務相關專業(yè)本科或以上學歷Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance- 5年以上經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先5+ years experience preferred- 有基本的英語聽讀能力Basic listening & reading skill in English.- 良好的職業(yè)道德；工作細致有條理Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times, detail oriented and good organization skill.- 良好的服務意識和團隊協(xié)作能力Good customer service attitude and teamwork spirit
