Identify training needs for teams and individuals and ****uate training programs.? Provide suggestions for optimizing the Employee Manual. ? Improve employee happiness index in the company.Your skills and experience ? Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and full understanding of all HR functions and best practices. ?
