崗位職責(zé)：1. 負(fù)責(zé)L4無人駕駛場(chǎng)景中的感知問題抽象、感知系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和算法選型、對(duì)標(biāo)與設(shè)計(jì)；2. 負(fù)責(zé)核心感知算法的開發(fā)與量產(chǎn)部署；3. 負(fù)責(zé)端到端無人駕駛系統(tǒng)的原型實(shí)施 ；崗位要求：1. 碩士以上學(xué)歷，數(shù)學(xué)、機(jī)器人、自動(dòng)化、電子工程、計(jì)算機(jī)、人工智能等相關(guān)專業(yè)全日制碩士及以上學(xué)歷；2. 扎實(shí)的C++/python開發(fā)能力；3. 有乘用車無圖城市領(lǐng)航或robotaxi/robobus產(chǎn)品相關(guān)深度學(xué)習(xí)和融合感知系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與量產(chǎn)落地相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；4. 具備較強(qiáng)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型訓(xùn)練、調(diào)優(yōu)與算力優(yōu)化實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)加分項(xiàng)：1. 具備大模型選型與部署經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；2. 具備端到端無人駕駛系統(tǒng)車端部署和調(diào)試者優(yōu)先。
