職位描述：1、負責制定和實施汽車及其零部件的測試方案，包括新產(chǎn)品的整車及零部件測試、試制驗證、問題解決等工作。2、組織車輛道路實驗，對車輛的動力性、制動、平順性、可靠性、經(jīng)濟性進行測試與研究。收集和分析測試數(shù)據(jù)，撰寫測試報告。3、識別故障，進行根源分析，并與設計團隊協(xié)作解決問題，根據(jù)實驗要求完成試驗準備、實施與結(jié)論分析，向相關工作人員提出可行性改善建議。4、建立測試規(guī)范和技術體系文件，組織設計開發(fā)階段與生產(chǎn)驗證階段的質(zhì)量控制工作，對測試過程進行控制和規(guī)范管理，確保測試活動的順利進行。5、參與新產(chǎn)品試制計劃的制訂和試制方案的論證工作，參加技術交流會議和技術培訓，配合部門領導開展其他相關工作職位要求：1、本科及以上學歷，具備流利的英語交流能力，車輛工程、電氣工程等相關專業(yè)背景；2、具備相關專業(yè)學習經(jīng)驗，了解測試方法及各類的測試標準3、熟悉整車網(wǎng)絡架構，熟悉CAN通信協(xié)議和J1939通信協(xié)議，熟悉Vector、 PCAN或周立功CAN分析工具的使用。4、熟練使用相關軟件繪制電路原理圖，熟練使用車輛電氣測試相關的儀器5、具有良好的動手能力，良好的溝通技巧，具有良好的團隊合作精神，能夠合理處理工作壓力，適應出差和現(xiàn)場解決具體問題
