We are looking for a China Territory Account Manager reporting directly to the Chinese Sales Manager of Datasensing. He / She will have the responsibility for Machine Vision and Sensors & Safety Product Groups in a specific Area. The role will coordinate between Datasensing Partners, and the End User with the main goal to successfully close projects and winning new ones. He/She will deal with customers, OEMs, End Users, Resellers and will manage, pricing, offers, orders, market analysis, scouting of new customers, CRM system, Special Prices flow, customer visits and looking for business opportunity.The role responsibilities will be the following:-After an appropriate training, full responsibility for selling Machine Vision, Sensors & Safety products in the defined Chinese sales area of Guangdong (South East China)-Successful management of the existing customer base and acquisition of new customers-Building long-term relationships with current partners and promoting Machine Vision, Sensors & Safety products to new ones-Achieve the sales targets for the defined sales territory-Manage Contracts & Benefit Packages-Manage the account plan, perform visits, manage Price Exceptions, manage Sales Forecast, sales monitoring and KPIs-Identify the needs of Special Product Requests (SPRs) engaging the Datsensing Technical Community and prioritizing Customer Technical Support activities-Participation in the development of sales strategies-Preparation and realization of presentations at the customer's premises-Travel for 50% of timeREQUIREMENTSEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE ?Education: Bachelor degree or above?Years of Experience and field : 10 years of experience in the sensors fieldKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS?Languages: Chinese and English?Driver's license?Negotiation and communication skillsIDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING TOPICS?He/She has to have a sales ****, know the manufacturing market where we sell our sensors and also have some technical skills on automation components and automation applications.?Sales working experience of major sensor brands, including but not limited to P&F, Leuze, Banner, SIEMENS, SICK, Keyence, etc.?Also having machine vision project experience will be a plus.
