Create a culture of safety and 5s, identify/remove safety hazards.· Determine and ensure the labor resource based on the capacity requirements, controlling costs of indirect/direct labor & overhead, and measuring/managing manufacturing cost variance.· Implement and control the production schedule as required to achieve on-time-delivery.· Develop team professional skills through training program. Maintain a skillful and energetic team to meet business requirement.Qualifications for the Role · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering· 5 years of experience in Advance Manufacturing/Production Management· Knowledge in Motor Performance, MES.· Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.· Proficient English verbal and writing skills.What’s in it for you?
