Job Summary:? The section manager of quality is responsible for leading and managing quality team, to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies .? Involving overseeing the quality management system, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all products meet customers and regulatory requirements.? Responsible for integrating quality into the design and development process, ensuring that new products are designed with quality and compliance at the forefront.Key Responsibilities:? Take accountability with line management for business goals and achieving effective quality performance of the management system, processes and products? Monitor and drive improvement for key quality performance indicators. analysis and reporting? Lead quality related problem solving and root cause analysis during design and manufacturing? Monitor and execute the appropriate quality plans are made that include all stages of the lifecycle of the product and supports quality plan design? Oversee incoming, in process and final product inspections to ensure conformity with specifications and standards? Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and validation activities to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability, safety, and compliance? Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality , reduce waste and increase efficiency ? Define, Monitor and drive Quality improvement Plan (Quality+reliability)? Define Prototype, pre serial and serial control plan? Ensure Build in Quality Standards: SPPC tracking sheet is used – SPPC identification procedure is respected – SPPC transfer to Supplier ensured? Verify LLCs (Lesson Learned Cards) have been used in the D/P FMEA to reduce RPN and respected? Participate to Design review including suppliers design review? Prepare the internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Quality Manager prior presenting the Initial Sample file to the Customer for sign off? Ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix? Update the quality documents following a product / process related change? Participate to the project meetings and ensure project team use of solving problem methodology ? Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test resultsQualifications:? Bachelor or higher degree in quality management or engineering related field.? Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control management for industry ? In depth knowledge of product quality management and product knowledge is highly preferred? Proactive, driving for result and good team p****? Proven experience in leading audits? Excellent leadership and people management skills ? Fluent in English writing and speaking?
