Key responsibilities1. Team Leadership and Development.(1)Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.(2)Set clear performance ****ives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching to support the professional growth of team members.(3)Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and production requirements.(4)Process Engineering and Optimization.(5)Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.(6)Lead the implementation of process changes and ensure proper documentation and training for operators.2. New Product Introduction (NPI).(1)Participate in the NPI process from design concept to mass production.(2)Provide manufacturing input to product design teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM).(3)Develop and execute production ramp-up plans, including tooling, equipment procurement, and process validation.3. Equipment and Tooling Management(1)Specify, ****, and manage the installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling.(2)Develop preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.(3)Collaborate with suppliers to source and optimize equipment and tooling solutions.4. Quality and Continuous Improvement(1)Work closely with the quality department to establish and maintain quality control systems.(2)Implement corrective and preventive ****s to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.(3)Optimize plant layout to make a good process flow and material flow.(4)Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate **** plans.(5)Other jobs form higher-up.Qualification1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in wire harness engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.3. Experience in the automotive or appliance wire harness industries is highly preferred.4. Strong knowledge of:(1)product development: Bom and cut sheet creation, CC&SC list making.(2)manufacturing processes: crimping, Welding, injection molding, and assembly and equipment maintenance management. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.7. Good command of English in reading, listening and speaking.
