主要工作職責
Main Responsibilities :
1.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品圖紙編制機加工藝指導文件，如過程流程圖、P-FMEA、機加工藝指導書等
According product drawing design process document and specification,such as process flow chart、P-FMEA、process instruct drawing and so on.
2.負責產(chǎn)品樣件及批產(chǎn)刀具、工裝的設(shè)計及選定以及工藝方案的實施
Responsible for design and specify cuttertool and clamping for product trial run and mass production,and accomplish process plan for product.
3.組織新產(chǎn)品試制工藝策劃及過程跟蹤,組織相關(guān)工藝試驗進行工藝驗證進行工藝優(yōu)化等
Organize process planning and tracing production process for new product,organize engineering test for improve process
4.負責生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場工藝問題處理及提供相應技術(shù)支持，產(chǎn)品工藝持續(xù)改進降低生產(chǎn)成本
Responsible for production process trouble shoot and provide technical support,to keep improving for process to reduce production cost
5.創(chuàng)建與維護SAP物料數(shù)據(jù)及工藝路線工作中心等
Creat and maintenance material data、process routing and work center in SAP system
6.參與產(chǎn)品新設(shè)備選型、工藝方案審核及組織設(shè)備驗收等工作
Involved in new machine type ****、technical plan ****ation and organize machine acceptance
7.進行項目產(chǎn)能分析及設(shè)備投資計劃的核算
Project capacity and machine investment calculation
8.根據(jù)公司內(nèi)現(xiàn)有設(shè)備及生產(chǎn)能力能夠準確地計算工序加工節(jié)拍；
Parts cycle time caculation accurately base on facility and machining capacity in plant
9.結(jié)合公司現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)、設(shè)備及運營情況進行項目初始階段成本分析與核算（包括機加成本、人工成本、管理成本等），為銷售部門商務(wù)報價提供技術(shù)支持；
According facility capacity and operation condition caculating project cost（include machining cost、stuff cost、management cost）,offer technical support to business department
10.結(jié)合已經(jīng)運行的項目進行項目成本分析、核算及控制；
Machining cost analisys and control base on existing project
11.為商務(wù)及采購提供相應的技術(shù)支持；
Offer technical support to business and purchasing department
12.工藝相關(guān)的其他工作；
Other process relevant work

任職資格
Job Qualifications:
1.機械相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷；
Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical or relative.
2.至少5年機械加工行業(yè)工藝工程師工作經(jīng)驗；
At least five years working experience as process engineer in machining industry
3.熟悉TS16949質(zhì)量工具
Familiar with TS16949 quality control tool
4.熟悉齒輪類零件機械加工工藝（車削、滾插齒、剃齒、熱處理、磨齒等）及方法，熟悉機加工藝參數(shù)的選用；能讀懂圖紙，根據(jù)圖紙要求進行工藝加工流程設(shè)計；
Familier with gear machinign process(turning、chaping、hobbing、shaving、HT.、tooth grinding) and process parameter ****With capability reading product drawing and designing process flow chart
5.熟練應用Auto-CAD pro-E等三位軟件
Skilled with Auto-CAD and Pro-E software
6.英語可進行技術(shù)交流與溝通
Can accomplish technical communication with english
7.認真嚴謹,獨立分析思考解決問題的能力
Conscientious and strict and apacity for analysis and solve problem independently
