Provide costing support as required by internal and external costing projects

Improve the internal control procedure and generate more and better internal control reports
提高與完善公司內(nèi)部控制流程,發(fā)展并完善更行之有效的內(nèi)部控制報告
More effective financial ratio introduction and put them into use for monthly report
發(fā)展并完善更有效的財務指標，并將其實際運用到公司的報告中。
Create the internal training system not only for DC but also for the other departments.
建立內(nèi)部培訓機制，不僅要在部門內(nèi)部開展，還要將其延伸至其它相關部門，目的是了解財務管理的目標。建立節(jié)約與成本控制意識。
Set up individual department t control target to measure the quality of the job.
建立部門目標制度用以衡量不同部門工作目標完成狀況。
Standard cost calculation and maintained, cost calculation and analysis, update related costing procedure according to related departments’ data.
標準成本的計算和維護, 聯(lián)系相關部門進行成本的定期計算和分析，及時更新相關工作流程。
Provide costing support as required by internal and external costing projects and other assignments assigned by the manager
of the Finance/Controlling.

Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素質要求:
Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting, certified public accountant is preferred
獲得工商管理/財務學士學位，有會計師資格者優(yōu)先
More than two years work experiences in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing companies with foreign investment
兩年以上成本會計工作經(jīng)驗，特別是在有國外投資項目的生產(chǎn)性企業(yè)中工作過。
Familiar with ERP systems, SAP-experiences are preferred
熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)，有SAP經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Familiar with IFRS and relating report tools, Hyperion-experiences are preferred
熟悉國際會計準則及其相關報表工具，有Hyperion經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Ability to manage daily jobs under stress and efficiently
能夠在壓力下高效處理日常工作。
Ability to learn fast about the company business and production processes
能夠盡快掌握告訴商務和生產(chǎn)流程。
English fluent both in written and oral
流利的英語書面和口語能力。
Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tools very well
熟練操作電腦，能夠熟練使用Microsoft office工具。
