Overview:
The ideal candidate is a positive, creative and proactive individual, with the ability to work across multiple platforms to create visual materials which will communicate ideas, concepts, products purpose, story and functionality through images, typography, colors and space. You will work in the intersection of physical and digital - building a delightful, polished user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Graphic design and UI design support for various software and web applications. Responsible for the usability, uniformity, and overall look and feel.
2. Work with together with the development team to craft new use case and product opportunities for PCs, tablets and other smart devices.
3. Assessing the usability of current applications and providing specific design recommendations to improve them.
4. Work within existing brand guidelines but with the ability to extend them if need be.
5. Support usability studies of new and existing interfaces and apply the results to the designs.
6. Comfortable conducting reviews, defending user’s needs and presenting work to managers and clients.
7. Thrive best when helping to define the requirements, not just translating them into designs. You facilitate and draw the best design ideas from teammates.
8. Communicate the design work, interaction flows with wireframes , high quality mockups and you are able to visualize and model your ideas during all project phases - from ideation via implementation to launch
9. Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually
10. Support business ideas during sales and project phase via conceptualize and executing communication deliverables like, for example, static and interactive presentations.

Professional Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in a design-related discipline
2. Over 5 years in-depth knowledge and experience of user interface design with consumer applications, preferably mobile devices, and rich web apps/site, interactive TV within the media, telecommunications, and broadband industries.
3. Extensive experience with automotive (B2B and B2C) concepts and deliverables; direct experience of digital customer journeys is a welcome requirement
4. Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes
5. Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Axure, Balsamiq, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc…
6. Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc)
7. Have a strategic perspective on the variety of work including business; brand, and/or strategic experience are desirable.
8. Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions, including the capabilities and limitations of Web technologies HTML5, CSS, JS, and various other technologies a plus
9. Strong knowledge of design process and project management
10. Strong online portfolio available for viewing
11. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills also in English.
