崗位職責(zé)：1、根據(jù)總經(jīng)理各階段的工作重點，協(xié)調(diào)總經(jīng)理的日常行程與會議安排，保證工作能有序進行與開展；2、負責(zé)總經(jīng)理外出行程（票務(wù)、酒店等）和來客接待的統(tǒng)籌安排；3、負責(zé)下屬銷售團隊部分行政工作；4、處理總經(jīng)理授權(quán)的其它事務(wù)工作；5、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時事務(wù)。任職要求：1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，品貌端正親和力強，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生亦可；2、熟練使用各類辦公軟件,有較強的文字組織和寫作能力；3、知識結(jié)構(gòu)全面，具有良好的總結(jié)、表達、溝通能力，悟性強4、具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和推進能力，責(zé)任心強，工作細致認真；5、有助理等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，具備相應(yīng)抗壓能力6、 英語優(yōu)秀者優(yōu)先Job responsibilities:1.
